It is within the 3 best rooms i have ever been (i was in the superior room with terrace). Very friendly welcome. Very organized and clean. All the privacy you want because there is no reception other than when you agree for it.

This is a different type of hostel. Very modern, new, well looked after. There is a walk in bathroom (wet room style) in each room and a PC - which is rare for a hotel leave alone a hostel! I recommend this place to anyone
Reception is not 24 hours, but this is not really a problem as you are given a mobile number to contact if you have problems.

I har room nr 1. Smal, but not too smal for 1 person. The shower/wc is made as a garderobe - smal, but ok for a city-trip. Good aircondition and wifi

The location is perfectly located very close to Gran Via, restaurants and parties, but if you would spend the night at home the streets are on the weekends quite loud until the late night. Anyways its perfect for a busy party weekend
No heating in the room! A/c supposed to make warm, but it made just cool air. The personal speaks very bad english, its hard to arrange even simple issues with them. Not operating jacuzzi at the superior room.
